OUR STORY

The history of HallofSneakz began for me as a child. Growing up, I looked up to my older brother who had a love of Sneakz. He would get all the new Jordan releases every time they came out. In the 3rd grade, I started researching all the new Jordan releases and my mother would go buy them for me. The one pair of Sneakz that I remember wanting the most were the Air Jordan IX "Cool Grey." Little did I know, my love of Sneakz would flourish into great ways in the future. 

HallofSneakz got its unofficial start in 2008. I began to study the culture of Sneakz and start my personal Sneakz collection. My first big purchase was the Air Jordan Doernbecher IV's. After doing some research on my recent purchase I realized how much they were actually worth. In hindsight, this single purchase would be one that propelled me into unimaginable heights of recognition locally and beyond.

 As I enhanced my Sneakz game,  people began  asking could me to get new Sneakz for them that were hard to find locally. As I started getting these new exclusive releases for them , I began to gain notoriety in Savannah, GA. More and more people begin to come to me after being referred by others. This trend helped me create the idea of what would become a full-on business in the future known officially as HallofSneakz.

I give credit to my mother who pushed me to follow my passion. In a recent interview, I stated, "My mother gave me the inspiration and motivation to follow through with my passion. She would always support me no matter what it was that I decided to do. It was that dedication and support that gave me the courage to follow my dreams of one day having my own business selling Sneakz.

               It took a lot of research and studying to come up with the name for the brand now known as HallofSneakz. I went through somewhere between ten to twenty concepts for the business's name. I wanted to come up with something original and wanted to make sure I incorporated my last name into the brand. Once the name of the company was decided upon, the logo was brought to life by myself and the help of my graphic designer. My mother helped with the formation & creation of becoming an LLC.

 HallofSneakz was officially established on October 4, 2017.

HallofSneakz opened its first brick and mortar location downtown Savannnah in August of 2021.
