SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping times and/or timelines may vary during High-Volume Seasons. Before any customer orders are shipped, they must be processed by HallofSneakz LLC Staff. Please allow 3-5 business days (Not including Holidays and/or Weekends) for processing of individual orders. Standard shipping takes 3-5 Business Days.
Please note that this is an approximated timeline. Shipping Time(s) and/or Timeline(s) may vary based on the Shipment Location and/or Destination. HallofSneakz LLC DOES NOT guarantee Shipping Time(s) due to third-party handling of package delivery. Therefore, exact shipment details do not originate from HallofSneakz LLC.
Typical Shipment Timelines are as follows;
UPS Ground: 3-5 Business Days
Shipping Information for Preorder Customers:
Preorders begin to ship out the following week after the official release date. Shipping times may vary depending on the release product.
Preorders are not guaranteed to be available the day of release in-store . Preorder customers will notified by HallofSneakz when your order is ready for pick up .
Shipping Information for International Customers:
Depending on your exact location, you may be held responsible for Customs & Duties on your order. These fees will be the customers responsibility and NOT HallofSneakz LLC. If you have questions about Customs & Duties Fees please contact your local Customs Office. ALL packages that are returned to HallofSneakz LLC due to unpaid Duties and/or Fees will be refunded in full upon receipt of return. ALL Shipping Fees associated with Returned Items will NOT be refunded.
Warehouse Transfer Addresses, Forwarding Addresses and/or ANY address that is utilized for relaying a shipment to an unknown location globally, whether inside or outside of the United States, ARE NOT Acceptable for Shipping or Billing Purposes. Any order HallofSneakz LLC identifies to be within these criteria will be cancelled and any funds received from such an order will be returned to the account that the order was placed with.
In the event that a customer’s package is lost, misplaced or stolen while en route to the appropriate destination, the burden of proof of such occurrence solely lies upon the customer. When such instance as outlined in the previous sentence occurs, the customer must be able to provide HallofSneakz LLC with indisputable proof of incident. Indisputable proof consists of the customers claim being officially recognized and confirmed in-writing by the selected third-party logistics provider at the time of checkout. HallofSneakz LLC reserves the right to refund a portion of the costs incurred by loss of the order, of which, shall include ONLY the cost of shipping associated with the order claimant has shown indisputable proof of loss on behalf of.
HallofSneakz LLC does not alter, change, fill-in or manipulate any address. The address that a customer uses at the time of checkout for “Shipping To” is the address that is applied to the shipment packaging for in-transit tracking purposes.
